I’ve met many challenges I didn’t like. I’ve procrastinated. I’ve tried to avoid difficult situations on the job.

These were issues I encountered when I first started my career, but after listening to that line by Mr. Munger I made an effort. Just an effort to be better everyday and it made all the difference.

Since then I’ve focused on getting better at my work. Everyday I focus on building momentum and becoming more consistent.

I love the high of motivation, but when I don’t have that drive, the foundation of consistency pays dividends and keeps me on the right path.
