Going into my second year of doctoral study, my Industrial and Organizational Psychology research and applied interests are retention, psychometrics, employee satisfaction, workplace diversity, and technology. Created employee satisfaction survey, equitable hiring practices study, and monthly DEI workshop with guest lecturers. Data projects focused on unconscious bias and human capital data concentrated on promotion and attrition rates by demographic and region.
