• Leverage automation tools: Use automation to reach out to potential customers, manage follow-ups, and maintain relationships.
• Business Management: Nurture and manage a portfolio of start-up and mid-market accounts to drive sales growth.
• Messaging Experimentation: Try different messaging strategies to determine what resonates with different personas.
• Inbound Qualification: Manage the qualification and nurturing of inbound leads to ensure they’re ready to be handed over to your sales team.
• Pipeline Generation: Manage the qualification and nurturing of leads that meet your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build your sales team’s pipeline.
• Customer Profiling and Feedback: We help you create your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and collect feedback to inform product development.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing: Partner with the Growth Marketing team to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Product Led Growth (PLG) Knowledge: Understand and leverage PLG strategies to drive user adoption and growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role in a startup or technology environment preferred.
• Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to experiment and adapt messaging based on data and feedback.
• You are a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Experience or knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies will be an advantage.
