About the role
Achieve Test Prep is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and working closely with the technical team to ensure project success. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive solutions.

Proficient in developing systems and training others on newly created systems to ensure smooth transition of projects.

You will lead a team of project managers to help standardize projects, integrate best practices, and ensure high quality project delivery.

Establishes system documentation guidelines and oversees the documentation process to ensure compliance.

Works with department heads to propose and design solutions that align with business goals and strategies.

Work closely with IT to ensure effective utilization and prioritization of developers and resources.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
-
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
-
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect project delivery.

Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to project managers and foster a supportive team environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Continually improve project management processes, tools and methodologies.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Ability to earn respect and foster a sense of community among project team members.

Thorough knowledge of program planning, monitoring and control techniques.

Sufficient experience and credibility to advise project teams on projects within the programme.

Ability to find ways to solve problems or get ahead of problems.

Thorough knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
Required skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business).

5+ years of experience in a program management, project management or analytical role with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

It supports positive attitudes, resilience and teamwork in difficult situations.

Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-
PMP or other project management certification would be an advantage.
-
Previous experience working with Salesforce is an advantage.

SCHEDULE: Flexible schedule with overlapping availability between 9AM-5PM EST on business days.
