Position Overview
Offering a suite of transparency services and products, Xogene is a leader in innovative technology and professional services to enable clinical trial transparency on a global scale. Combining deep transparency expertise with a modern technology stack, Xogene provides software solutions to automate tedious processes and track myriad studies, regulations and statuses. Our four proprietary technology solutions offer different ways to streamline and enhance different aspects of the trial process, including study design, patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring and analytics. These technologies contribute to improving clinical trial efficiency, quality and participant experience.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will initially assist with various marketing activities and projects. Your primary duties will be to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with our business goals and target audience. The ideal candidate will quickly grow into a role managing all marketing activities, ensuring they are well organized, have clear deadlines, defined requirements and assigned to the right team members. This role requires a fast learner who understands Xogene’s domain and can effectively present content and news to the public through various platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project manage the day-to-day process of all marketing initiatives and projects, ensuring they are well organized with clear timeline requirements and assigned tasks. Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy that is aligned with company goals.
- Quickly learn and integrate Xogene’s domain and identity into all your marketing efforts.
- We help manage your company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual expression across all channels.
- Assists in planning and organizing client events, including the company’s annual conference, by coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and supporting promotional activities.
- We help you create and curate compelling content for a variety of digital platforms including social media, websites, industry platforms, intranets and blogs.
- Coordinate and participate in the planning and execution of events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
- We help you design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, press releases, case studies, etc.
- Contribute to creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Optimize your company website for search engines (SEO) to create a user-friendly experience.
- Research industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer preferences to improve your marketing techniques.
- Identify partnership, collaboration and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand exposure.
- In a competitive environment, we will continue to look for ways to innovate and differentiate Xogene’s marketing approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, PR or a marketing agency
- Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical or clinical research industry is a plus
- Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
