User Audit Trail Report
User audit trail captures the life cycle of users, user groups, and self-registration profiles. User additions, deletions, and manager changes are all captured.
The creation and deletion of self-registration profiles is logged. You can also pause and resume self-registration.
For external profiles you can add, enable, disable, pause and resume, for self registration you can add, remove, pause and resume. CSV uploads are also captured.
- select Reports > Excel Reports > User TrailsThe User Audit Trail dialog box appears.
- The User Audit Trail dialog box appears. Select a date range from the pop-up menu. You can choose to generate a report for the past week, past month, or select a custom date.
- click Generate Generate the report.
There are two filters User Audit Trail Report dialog.
Date Range Filter: Select the date range for which you want to generate the report. There are three options:
- Last week
- Last month
- Custom Date
Select a learner filter: Search for users or user groups.
The exported report will include data for users who meet both the specified search criteria.
