We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Marketing Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Oversee and manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage and influence followers.
- Create and curate engaging content, and monitor social media performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on the creation of digital products and marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for new clients, showcasing marketing strategies, performance metrics, and potential outcomes.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Apply creative thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions and overcome challenges.
- Understand and apply B2B and B2C marketing strategies to various campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management.
- Experience in SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
- Experience in engagement and influencing followers on social media.
- Experience with graphic design elements and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, ShutterStock, Powerpoint, Deck, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Ability to make presentations for new clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with digital product creation and marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.
- Attention to detail.
Compensation:
- This position is initially for part-time, with the possibility to become full-time.
- The Salary range offered for this position depends on seniority and skillset, and varies from:
- part-time: USD $400 – $500 per month
- full-time: USD $800 – $1000 per month
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated to our client.
- The client and the talent will agree on a fixed schedule, which the talent must observe and be available for work.
