Job Description

Minnesota Urology is seeking a full-time (4 days a week) Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) for urology, with an interest in female urology. This position is a balanced combination of both clinic responsibilities and hospital-based urology including hospital consults, post op patients, surgical assists, and some weekend rounding. Minnesota Urology is the largest independent urology practice in the Upper Midwest, offering experts in male and female urology to diagnose and treat the most complex urologic conditions. Our 70 exceptional physicians and advanced practice providers are devoted to a singular mission to improve the health of our patients through personalized and innovative care. This APP position will collaborate closely with a team of 10 Urologist and 6 APPs. The position offers a great opportunity for professional growth, and a work-life balance with a 4-day work week schedule. Qualifications: Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Minnesota. Certification by a national board as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Minnesota prescriptive authority and DEA licensure. Previous experience preferred in CCU, ICU, Hospital, or clinic-based work as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Prior experience in Urogynecology or Female Urology is preferred but not required. Compensation and Benefits Our APPs earn a competitive base salary commensurate with training and experience. Additional pay is provided for limited schedule of weekend rounding.
