Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient substance abuse and mental health clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, a passion for mental health and addiction recovery, and the ability to foster a supportive and efficient clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards. Manage and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients. Monitor clinic budget and financial performance, including billing and insurance processes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in substance abuse and mental health treatment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in electronic health records (KIPU) systems and healthcare management software.
