ERG seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic and collaborative Contracts team. As a Contract Administrator, you will manage the full lifecycle of contract and subcontract administration with a primary focus on federal contracts. You will be a key player in ensuring compliance, managing risk, and supporting both clients and internal teams. Job Description:
- Provide integrated administration of federal contracts and subcontracts, including negotiation, contract and subcontract management, and contract closeout
- Collaborate with clients and ERG’s technical, contracts, and accounting teams to deliver comprehensive contract support
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, analyze, and negotiate detailed cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses
- Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and modifications for the acquisition of professional services
- Maintain accurate and organized contract files, tracking tools, and respond efficiently to audit requests
- Adhere to and implement company purchasing policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contract administration, with a focus on the acquisition of professional services
- Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (particularly professional services), U.S. EPA, and/or DoD contracting is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to independently prepare, issue, and negotiate subcontract agreements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, with the ability to maintain organized, detailed records
- Solid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations and various contract types, including Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, Time-and-Materials, and Firm-Fixed-Price
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting team goals
