ReSource Pro is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Director to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team!
The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), reporting to the Vice President, FP&A, directly supports senior management and senior leaders in the preparation of financial analysis materials and provides data and analytical driven recommendations to support the strategic goals and objectives of ReSource Pro. Acts as the analytical engine of the business to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. This role will have a large focus on the Onshore (US based) businesses but will also support the global business in analysis and strategic projects. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual looking to grow with an organization that has a high emphasis on strategic development in a global environment.
This is a remote position that can work from anywhere in the US but will work in CST or EST business hours, and because this role works as part of a global team, early morning or evening meetings are regularly required. 

In three months you will…

  • Support the analysis and presentation of internal/external financial reporting packages for senior management and private equity ownership and Board of Directors materials.
  • Lead and execute month-end and quarter-end variance analysis for all Onshore business and SG&A departments, including updates to official forecasts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Offshore and Onshore FP&A teams in the completion of Global consolidated reporting.
  • Be responsible for the preparation of five-year financial projections, AOP (annual operating plan or budget) and the financial rolling forecast process for all Onshore (US) businesses and Onshore SG&A departments. Provide financial guidance to ensure accuracy and support growth.
  • Drive the FP&A team forward through fostering a continuous learning environment. Provide insights and leadership on the finance data environment and technology tools to drive efficiency.
  • Develop Best in Class Finance function. Lead, direct and manage a high performing team. Provide coaching, mentoring and performance management feedback to ensure a collegial, productive and effective team environment. 
  • Provide financial support for key business decisions, including new business expansion, revenue, sales compensation, deal design, staffing and/or capital expenditures. Become a trusted business partner.
  • Be responsible for coordinating and managing (in conjunction with the Accounting team and M&A) the FP&A integration for new acquisitions.

To be successful you will need…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 15-20 years’ experience in corporate finance or FP&A role
  • 10+ years’ experience leading a team and managing the work associated with the department
  • Experience working within a multi-national, global business preferred.
  • Previous experience working with private/capital equity organizations a plus.
  • Previous insurance or service industry background a plus.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $112,689 – $191,025 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
