Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global mobility programs, ensuring seamless international assignments and relocations for our employees. You will collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage global mobility policies and procedures, including international assignments, relocations, and visa processes. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate employee relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Provide guidance to employees and management on global mobility issues, including tax implications, relocation benefits, and cultural adjustments. Manage vendor relationships with relocation service providers, immigration consultants, and tax advisors. Monitor and analyze global mobility trends and compliance issues, recommending improvements to policies and processes as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of international assignments and relocations, including visa status and assignment details. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration for expatriates and international employees. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., GMS – Global Mobility Specialist) preferred. Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or a related role. Strong understanding of global immigration, tax regulations, and relocation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
