In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead our strategy, roadmap, and innovation within the AI Product Line across critical disciplines of – Predictive AI, AI Quality, and AI Trust
- Partner with engineering and design leads in building a strong group culture and effective operating system.
- Own our strategic relationship with key AI vendors such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and more
- Collaborate with AI Infrastructure teams on the lifecycle management of AI models
- Lead teams that are the backbone of 2024 and 2025 P0 initiatives to improve our products with AI – from Copilot to Agents and more.
- Define, implement and maintain a high standard for AI Quality across all of HubSpot, holding a high bar for performance and reliability.
- Oversee the development and projects that power AI-driven recommendations and predictive models
- Spearhead the development of our AI Trust Layer, ensuring our customers have confidence in the safe handling of their data when using HubSpot AI
- Directly manage and coach Product Managers on their career paths, helping them to learn and grow within HubSpot.
We are looking for people who have:
- Proven track record of building and leading product teams
- Experience or interest in Platform product or Artificial Intelligence – ideally both
- A deep focus on understanding the needs of end customers and other product teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend their ideas to key stakeholders
- Experience with complex, multi-year initiatives
- Healthy technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often without perfect information
- Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Someone who can add to the culture of the product team and cares about diversity, inclusion and belonging
Cash compensation range: 197700-316300 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
