Looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our medical clinic team. As an LPCC, you will play a vital role in providing holistic and patient-centered care by addressing the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of our patients’ health. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment. Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 Job Type: Full-time, Responsibilities: ● Develop and recommend treatment plans, conduct essential treatment services such as psychoeducational and transitional groups, and provide suicide prevention interventions and management techniques. ● Provide crisis intervention, oversee the clinical needs of patients on caseload, and participate in treatment team multidisciplinary meetings and administrative meetings. ● Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements ● Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns Requirements RRequirements: ● Master’s degree in Counseling (LPCC) ● Active license issued by the State of California (LPCC) ● 2 years verifiable experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor . ● Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus ● Excellent oral and written communication skills Benefits Benefits: ● The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 yearly ● Continuing education credits ● Flexible Schedule ● Professional development assistance We are dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team and encourage everyone to apply if your experience is close to what we are looking for.
