Highpoint Health is seeking a Market Assistant CFO to join our dynamic team at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. This senior-level position reports directly to the Market CFO and plays a critical role in overseeing the market finance department activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital finance, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to supporting our mission of providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct market finance department activities to align with the organization’s mission, values, and objectives.
- Ensure effective management of financial functions and resources.
- Provide critical thinking and decisive judgment to handle a variety of financial challenges.
- Work autonomously in a stressful environment, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of for-profit hospital finance experience; at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Licenses: CPA preferred.
