Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team in supporting a dynamic and growing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience with Cisco technologies, be a strong team player, and work independently without requiring extensive supervision. This role is crucial as we continue to upgrade our data centers and maintain robust network performance for over 4,000 users across more than 50 sites. Key Responsibilities: Network Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Assist in the upgrade and enhancement of data centers, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Cisco DNA Environment: Work within a Cisco DNA environment, utilizing its tools and features to optimize network management and automation. Implement and manage Cisco switches, routers, and other network devices. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other IT team members to coordinate activities and share knowledge. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support overall IT goals. Problem Resolution and Support: Provide network support to 4,000 users across 50 sites. Respond to and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner. Participate in the on-call rotation for network support. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation. Provide regular reports on network performance and project status to management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Cisco network equipment. Experience in managing and troubleshooting large-scale network environments. Certifications: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or equivalent certification required. Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Proficient in configuring and managing Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls. Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center and its capabilities.
