Job Description
The Field Partner Marketing Manager, Americas will drive marketing strategies and programs to accelerate growth and strengthen relationships with channel partners and select ISVs across the region. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative partner programs, driving new business opportunities, and expanding our reach within the existing customer base. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and global partner marketing counterparts to ensure consistency, alignment, and impact across the partner ecosystem.
Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement partner programs to recruit, enable, and grow reseller relationships.

Develop strategies to empower partners in building pipeline and driving customer acquisition.

Align regional programs with global partner marketing strategies for consistency and impact.

Lead campaigns to attract and onboard new reseller partners aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with enablement teams to create resources, tools, and training for partner readiness.

Create and execute co-marketing plans with partners focused on demand generation and deal acceleration.

Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to ensure effective allocation and measurable ROI.

Support partners in executing joint campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with reseller targets and business unit priorities.

Work with product marketing, digital marketing, and campaign teams to develop partner-focused content and strategies.

Track and analyze partner marketing program performance to ensure pipeline contribution across business units and segments.

Monitor KPIs, report on success metrics, and optimize partner initiatives based on insights.

Gather feedback from partners to refine and improve marketing programs.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

7-10 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.

Proven track record of planning and executing successful partner marketing programs and events.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business impact.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.

Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
Additional Information
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$108,000-$155,250 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
