While it appears to most people that we just sell training courses (over 40,000 of them), what we offer is the opportunity for companies to upgrade the skills of each of their employees.

We are at a pivotal time in our growth as we diversify how we drive revenue. Our customer base has high satisfaction ratings, and there is room to grow our retention even more. We’ve expanded our product offering dramatically and have a growing network of partners that is developing into a vibrant revenue channel. We have a high-performing marketing team, and now is the time to add the specialty focus on partner-driven revenue.

30 Days:

  • Understand OpenSesame’s partner network and marketing strategies.
  • Learn key value propositions with top partners.
  • Audit and then develop a framework for partner sales tools, including messaging, battle cards, and joint customer stories.

60 Days:

  • Audit partner enablement resources and enhance tools for activating partner sales teams.
  • Create a partner marketing plan for top-tier partners in collaboration with the partner managers.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners and become the primary marketing contact.
  • Take over the joint demand generation campaigns with top partners, starting with their existing customers and expanding to new prospects.
  • Support the partner-focused events for the rest of this year and start building the plan for 2025.

90 Days:

  • Launch a partner sales enablement program with partner managers and sales enablement.
  •  Ensure an understanding of the partner referral funnel to ensure smooth processes and sales success.

120 Days:

  • Expand partner marketing resources (e.g., case studies, white papers, co-branded materials).
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for partner marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with top partners to refine strategies.
  • Execute the 2025 plan.

Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. We operate as a remote-first company and invest in all-company meetings several times a year. 

Performance Driven: We’re looking for self-starters with a track record of delivering excellent results, but we’re highly selective about who we hire. We don’t focus on typical job requirements, instead, we’re interested in specific examples from your past experiences. All positions can be based anywhere in the US, and require up to 15 days of travel per year, with senior management and leadership teams requiring up to 35 days.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is generally between $125,000-$140,000 per year and depends on experience.
