The Project Site Scheduler, prepares summary and detailed schedule reports for current construction monitoring projects. Schedules, reports, and project activities will be updated as required for the project team or project management. The Project Site Scheduler will work closely with the project scheduler, project manager, site manager, engineering, equipment, supply chain, commission teams, and other project services staff to support detailed planning, scheduling and reporting of activities for each stage of project engineering, construction and commissioning monitoring. Will be working on-site with the Site Manager and compiling reports for them as well as for the remote project management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- The Project Site Scheduler reports to the site manager and has responsibility for the onsite project, construction monitoring and commissioning schedules and will work with the site project team to provide the necessary scheduling information and reports to perform construction monitoring and commissioning services.
- The Project Site Scheduler assists in schedule needs relative to contract schedule vs. current or approved recovery schedule as required by the project team. Provide schedules, reports, and information that will need to be issued for daily, weekly, or ad hoc meetings as required. Also, they will be able to develop resource loading of schedules (and reporting) when required.
- The Project Site Scheduler works with other contractual parties on the project as requested by the project manager and site manager to provide information regarding the performance of construction services and equipment deliveries accomplished and upcoming.
- The Project Site Scheduler will provide any required schedule risk analysis or reports as requested by the project manager and site manager for use in project reports and meetings. These are used to determine overall project duration, milestones, schedule forecast activities for both construction services and equipment deliveries needed by the onsite project team.
Education/Experience
- 3-5 years of experience
- A bachelor’s degree or technical degree is preferred.
- Must have previous experience in project scheduling and reporting.
- Construction Equipment field experience/ Water Treatment experience is preferred.
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- Managing schedules and activities for medium to large companies
- Presentation skills required in meetings.
- Strong knowledge and advanced experience in Excel.
- Working knowledge of Primavera (Oracle) software.
- Must be able to assist the project team in planning workflow and phasing as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data.
- Proficiency in understanding industry terms and project safety protocols.

Location: On-site in Notrees, TX
Salary Range: $65K – $75K
