About the Role:

The Post Submit Experience (PSX) team focuses on the customer experience after a transfer is submitted. We work on transfer messaging and updates for senders and recipients, in-app transfer related UX, transfer management features, and transfer exception handling. As a technical leader, you will solve customer problems by designing and maintaining scalable and user-friendly features for the Post Submit Experience team.

You Will:

  • Design and implement solutions for ambiguous and complex problems using full stack technologies (React, Java/Kotlin, Go).
  • Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our software systems.
  • Lead conversations with appropriate partners to determine user requirements among different teams.
  • Create clear and articulated plans for software implementation and testing.
  • Report to the Engineering Manager of the team.

You Have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a software developer.
  • Experience building and owning scalable services and distributed systems.
  • Experience driving technical designs within a team.
  • Experience with front-end work in any language/framework (eg. typescript, react, react-native).

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $200,000- $250,000 In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
