We are in search of a Signage Design Coordinator to be an integral part of our signage implementation and design team. This role involves aiding in the design and execution of comprehensive exterior and interior signage programs for a varied portfolio of clients in sectors including healthcare, financial services, energy, and technology. As a coordinator, you will initially be focusing on production-related workstreams while also having the opportunity to demonstrate your creative design abilities and project management acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct field surveys of client facilities to assess branding and wayfinding needs and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Engage in the development of signage and wayfinding systems, as well as the creation of sign family documentation
  • Provide site-specific design solutions for the integration of signage within client facilities
  • Generate visual renderings and elevations to depict proposed signage in situ
  • Enter survey information and design proposals into our proprietary SignChart® software, monitor project milestones, and implement necessary alterations
  • Compile thorough site books that include design proposals, supporting data, specifications, and annotations for the approval process
  • Actively participate in weekly status discussions and meetings with both internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including Designers, Technical Designers, Program Managers, and Directors, in daily tasks
  • Manage responsibilities across multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and quality deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
  • Educational or professional background in industrial design, environmental graphic design, graphic design, or architecture is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of ACAD, Revit, Corel Draw, and SketchUp is beneficial
  • Experience in a production-oriented role, demonstrating a practical approach to design
  • Keen understanding of the built environment, coupled with a robust sense of scale and spatial awareness, to effectively contribute to signage and wayfinding design
  • An organized and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and proactively
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel as needed, though travel is expected to be minimal (10% of the time or less)

Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 (Denver, Colorado area)

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
