Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and developing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and contribute to the overall success of a given Salesforce portfolio. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and product managers, to create solutions that adhere to architecture principles, leverage common solutions and services, and deliver tangible business value.
Essential Duties:

Transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solutions and design specifications, formulating detailed work breakdown structures and related task-level information for incorporation into project schedules

Craft comprehensive solution architectures that meet business requirements, optimize performance and ensure scalability. Lead Salesforce developers in the delivery of custom solutions that follow GAF standard SDLC process

Evaluate and select technology solutions, assess various technology options, identify POC and select the most appropriate solutions for specific business needs

Oversee Solution Implementation of designed solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards

Provide technical expertise and guidance, share technical expertise and guidance with development teams, foster collaboration, and ensure project success

Monitor and optimize solution performance, continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource utilization

Champion Innovation and continuous improvement, advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, propose new technologies and strategies to enhance solutions and meet evolving business needs
Under This Roof, We Require

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field

7+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture with hands-on experience
-
10+ years of industry experience providing technical solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services using Front end stack and cloud technologies

Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong hands-on experience with APEX, Lightning, Salesforce App exchange products, CRMA, Einstein Analytics, API models, Tableau and Platforms, data distribution strategies, Enterprise Service Bus, and web standards

Advanced integration experience with industry-standard Salesforce integration products

Good knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence platforms

Understanding of cloud computing and data integration in a hybrid cloud environment. Advanced data integration experience with industry-standard integration products

Strong experience with GCP or Azure services offerings

Professional Salesforce certifications or similar are advantageous
