Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Under the direction of Spa leadership, support with daily activity of Spa operation Contribute towards the daily service sales goals of the spa by recommending treatments and enhancements to all clients Support working toward monthly retail targets by informing on and selling retail products to members and guests Support spa-driven club outreach events and programs to promote business growth Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests
