TALENT SOURCING PARTNER II – This position can sit within any Charter Communications building

As a Talent Sourcing Partner II, you can expect to utilize your talent acquisition expertise to source professionals for Sales & Marketing, Field Operations, Customer Operations and/or Community Solutions channels while consistently generating passive candidate interest.

Required Qualifications
Experience:3-5+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Language: Bilingual is a plus, not required.
- Experience: 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment.
