Job Description

Be part of growing a company through innovation. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be using your technical engineering background as we curate and iterate new solutions. This is one of the most exciting areas of any company as you will be part of a team incorporating AI, ML, and various other new technologies that will profoundly impact the health and lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manages R&D project activities, information, and resources
  • Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Accountable for moderately complex project governance
  • Responsible for business stakeholder communications including issue/risk escalation and resolution
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Identify, recommend, and support additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field OR at a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical work experience
  • At least 3 years of project management-related experience
  • Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
  • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Project Management Professional certification (or similar project management) certification – Nice to have

Expectations

  • Willing to work onsite in the Overland Park, KS office
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
