Gem’s offer management feature streamlines the recruiting process by allowing you to create, edit and send PDF offers directly to candidates for e-signature and assign company signers. This feature helps reduce costs for your team by eliminating the need for a separate third-party e-signature platform.

Post your job to 25,000+ job boards

As mentioned in our last progress report, Gem enables teams to quickly distribute job postings to multiple job boards, including LinkedIn, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and more, for maximum efficiency. We’ve added additional enhancements to make the process even simpler.

Going forward, we will rapidly invest in product development to scale capabilities for large organizations. Over the coming months, we will be releasing features that we’ve built in collaboration with many of our customers, including:
