Through a creative partnership, Wildfire Experiential and Events expertly captured Vancouver’s dynamic urban food scene and showcased it among the city’s beautiful scenery.

The event took place at UBC Farm, nestled amongst a 90-year-old coastal hemlock forest on the unceded ancestral territory of the Muskwam people. The venue, a hub for education, research and advancing a sustainable, food-secure future, embodies the field-to-table ethos respected by Vancouver’s top eateries and provided the perfect backdrop for culinary exploration.
Nestled amongst an aspen forest, the dining setting was thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural elegance of the environment. Dark wood harvest tables stand out against a white and grey backdrop, while grey slate chargers add texture and contrast to stunning table scarves adorned with seasonal flowers and foliage.
The evening began with a guided tour UBC FarmThen, seasonal ingredients and herbs that will be featured at dinner were introduced.
Under the stars in the forest, guests enjoyed a four-course meal celebrating Vancouver’s cultural diversity, a culinary journey that included an Indigenous-inspired charcuterie board by Townsi and Afghan-themed appetizers and main courses.
