Spry Methods is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to join our team remotely.
Daily duties (position responsibilities):
Represent NS2 to clients as a total engagement leader.
Manage defined project scope, timelines and contract execution from sales handover to post cutover hypercare support as per contract.
Understand contract details and manage in-scope requirements
Manage all applicable technical and functional aspects of the contract
Coordinate and facilitate customer onboarding kickoff meetings, related scope validation workshops and other customer-facing discussions, either virtually or in-person, as appropriate.
Registering customers in the NS2 ticket system
Document and manage decisions, actions, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Define, document and manage risks from risk identification to mitigation
Coordinate and facilitate the following processes in accordance with NS2 guidelines:
Build Sheet Management
Change Management
Escalation Management
Provide project and customer status as defined by NS2 leadership
Facilitate and/or participate in internal meetings and reviews as required.
Manage, track and report on incidents, service requests and ticket expiration
To be successful, you need (minimum):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent professional qualification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including Directors and VPs.
Proven project management experience leading technology engagements.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, software and systems (networking, virtualization, VMware, hypervisors, etc.).
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of SAP software, implementations, upgrades etc.
Ideally, you will also have the following qualifications:
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Practical understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS operating models
Knowledge of enterprise technology infrastructure (including networking, storage, enterprise server software such as Windows Server and Linux, monitoring technologies, etc.).
Experience with SAP mission-critical applications (financial systems/billing systems/procurement systems) and/or SAP BASIS
Experience in a managed services environment
Ability to interact with clients at a CxO level as needed.
