We are looking for a Community Manager to join our studio team and manage our Guild of Guardians community.
Your mission will be to ensure high sentiment and happiness of the community by creating systems and processes for supporting and answering member questions. In this role, you will engage directly with builders, users and prominent members in the blockchain, NFT and gaming sectors to ensure a safe and supportive environment for the Guild of Guardians community.
Guild of Guardians is a free-to-play mobile RPG built for players who want gaming to be more than just entertainment. Players can turn their passion for gaming into assets. We are growing rapidly and already have a community of over 400,000 members, significant funding, and a strong core team, making us perfectly positioned to revolutionize the gaming industry.
You will be able to 🎮:
- Integrate the needs of our community members into our business to ensure the best decisions are made for our community
- Implement scalable support solutions like bots, community forums, and knowledge articles
- Ensure the trust and safety of our community members from scammers, bots, spammers and bad actors
- Collaborate with external agencies to support the community when necessary
- Extract, analyze, and surface insights across the business to enable product improvements, new engagement initiatives, and more.
- Develop key messages and narratives and deliver them to community segments
- Engage the community through campaigns and events to raise awareness and activity
Please bring it with you:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in support or community management, preferably with experience or passion in games or Web3
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- High user empathy: You genuinely want and love to help people and solve their problems.
- Finding solutions and solving problems for users is invigorating
- Deeply understand the sentiment and needs of immutable gaming communities (e.g. Guild of Guardians)
- They integrate community feedback and make sure the community feels heard. They’re natural advocates.
- Leads and organizes social communications to proactively promote desired sentiment or reacts to critical situations such as power outages or social protests. Able to make quick decisions, coordinate, and solve problems.
- Analytical – Ability to analyze data, derive insights and develop strategies and tactics.
