About the SkyMavis Growth Team
The Sky Mavis Growth team is an agile group of Web3 enthusiasts responsible for the public communications of Sky Mavis, Axie Infinity and Ronin. We support the promotional efforts of our first party products such as Ronin Wallet as well as third party partner products such as Ragnarok: Monster World and Coinbase. Our team is based in Asia Pacific and North America, covering social channels such as Ronin Blog, Axie Infinity Substack, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube almost 24/7.
About the role
The Copywriter will be responsible for drafting a variety of public communications for publication across the aforementioned channels. This will include CTA-driven blog posts, longer-form technical articles up to 2,000 words, and a regular cadence of shorter social copy accompanied by visual assets. The Copywriter will collaborate with Senior Copywriters, other Growth team members, and graphic designers to create these deliverables.

- Partner with senior copywriters to ensure a consistent brand tone across all content.
- We transform the direction and key points of your brief into a compelling and effective copy concept.
- Create engaging content about Web3 games and dApps that are part of the Ronin ecosystem.
- Work with our product and blockchain research teams to develop thought leadership materials that position Ronin as an industry leader.
- Create messages that resonate with your target audience through various community funnels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as game publishing, ecosystem, product, design and blockchain research teams to effectively execute content strategy.
- Conceptualize, write, and edit compelling copy for campaign assets including marketing materials, infographics, web copy, social media, and emails.
- Actively participate in strategic brainstorming to improve the overall story level.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a content-related field such as PR, creative writing, communications or media production.
- Extensive experience in Web3 technical writing with a focus on communicating complex concepts in clear, understandable language to a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn about) gaming, NFT and Web3 culture to support effective and relevant content coverage.
- Previous experience in PR writing would be a big plus.
- Adaptable writing style to convey the right message across a range of topics. Comfortable with using AI tools but does not copy and paste.
- A willingness to learn about games, NFTs, and culture is a must, and exposure to existing end-user experiences is essential.
- Candidates based in the Asian time zone and with a Vietnam or Singapore work permit are preferred.

- Collaborate with graphic, art, and design teams via Slack and in person.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with internal and external stakeholders across the globe.
