role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our high performing UK customer team.

As a Customer Success Specialist you will play a key role supporting the customer function with the day to day customer management processes. From working directly with schools to supporting our Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with the customer team to ensure our renewal goals and objectives are met and exceeded.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for customer support, with a great attitude and work ethic to match. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with customers, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a self-starter who can solve customer issues and follow and develop processes while building brand advocacy within the community.

This will be an initial 12-month fixed term contract but will become a permanent position as the business grows.

Area of ​​responsibility:

  • Engage with schools through phone and email to increase usage
  • Coordinate and schedule customer meetings with the on-site customer team
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new customers
  • All administrative tasks regarding renewals are performed within our internal CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide effective, proactive and professional customer case management via phone and email.
  • Drive participation in webinars, user groups and events
  • Manage financial inquiries, track past due invoices, and complete new supplier forms.
  • Support for temporary work, such as arranging parcel deliveries for events or new employees
  • Attend quarterly face-to-face team meetings – locations vary across the UK

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Success or Customer Service
  • Teaching experience is appreciated but not required
  • Experience in sales support, renewals and customer onboarding a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric thinking and practice
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
