What you build together
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions and provide valuable insights for our Web3 Gaming initiatives. As our first dedicated Data Analyst, you will play a key role in configuring analytical tools for our Marketing, Product and Business Development teams, analysing large data sets to provide key insights to stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights and identify trends within your ecosystem.

Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various sources.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to support data-driven decision making.

Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and performance metrics.

Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and crypto space and provide strategic recommendations.
Your work

Bachelor’s degree in data science, marketing, or analytics related field preferred. Master’s degree in data science or data analytics is an advantage.

Proven track record in a Data Analyst or similar role, especially in a fast-growth gaming or B2C company. Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency or decentralized technologies preferred.

Proficient with SQL, Python/R and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.

Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum) and understanding of smart contracts will be a huge advantage.

Experience setting up analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HootSuite, SproutSocial and other marketing analytics tools.

You have excellent attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

AdOps experience with understanding concepts around attribution, fraud analysis, and user retention.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
