A day in the life
As Deputy Director of Life Sciences Business Development You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and therapeutics space and building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. With a solutions-focused approach, you will understand customer needs and create customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
It’s an exciting time for Genomics as we look to grow and develop our commercial team and this role will play a key role in bringing our products to market as we aim to revolutionize healthcare.
Who are you

7+ years of sales experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or genetics industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its sales process

Understanding the use of genetics to drive better health outcomes.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
