[Hiring] Junior Product Analyst @Capgemini Earnhire

Capgemini, a top 10 insurance company in the US, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Analyst.

This role will be responsible for developing the tools necessary to rerate personal insurance premiums including auto, home and comprehensive. Candidates must have an understanding of personal insurance products and rate structures, historical rate changes and state-specific information. Additionally, this role requires strong technical skills and keen attention to detail.

responsibility

  • The firm is responsible for structuring and managing off-balance sheet personal auto, homeowners and comprehensive insurance.
  • Learn and understand in detail personal lines, commercial products, rate revision processes and tools.
  • We have developed tools that incorporate metrics, active policy numbers, and retention trends to adjust base rates to achieve specific rate levels for each state and each product.
  • Develop a tool to calculate the premium for each policy using current rates and incorporating proposed adjustments to base rates and other factors.
  • Determine data quality and flag flaws or inconsistencies in data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and fix errors in the tool.
  • Document changes and adjustments to tools and processes.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communicate with state management, analytics, data, projects and implementation teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of rate change strategy, use of appropriate tools and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Work experience in this field: 1-3 years
    English proficiency: Fluent
    Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required
