Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking an experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and drive go-to-market for Circle’s developer tools and blockchain infrastructure platform.
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and work in a dynamic, action-oriented team focused on this strategic product pillar.
The job responsibilities include:
- Serve as an expert on explaining our product features and benefits, competitive landscape, customer segmentation and developer platform
- Develop positioning, messaging and channel strategies to drive GTM for new product launches and ongoing growth initiatives.
- Work with Product Development and Business Development to identify new market opportunities and support new product discovery and definition.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support GTM activations with marketing, communications and enablement materials (product web pages, blog posts, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, technical workshops, case studies, etc.).
What to bring to Circle:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or a combination of product, engineering, marketing, business development or related fields. Experience in B2B software or technology services preferred
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, digital currencies, fintech and capital markets
- Experience creating compelling and differentiated positioning, messaging and core product marketing materials from the ground up for highly technical products.
- Experience working with highly cross-functional teams to drive GTM strategy and execution.
- Very independent and eager to learn more about technology
- They thrive in unstructured environments and create order in chaos.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS

Starting salary will be determined by a number of factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications and other business and organisational needs. Please note that salary ranges may vary for candidates in other locations.
Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $225,000
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
Includes: Equity and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Circle has a discretionary time off policy and offers 10 paid sick days per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the US.
