SimScale is an engineering simulation platform that revolutionizes the way engineers, designers, scientists and architects design products. The SimScale platform is fully accessible through a web browser, with an easy-to-use interface that supports a wide range of simulation types, including structural mechanics, fluid dynamics and thermodynamics. By leveraging the power of the cloud for simulation, SimScale eliminates the hurdles associated with traditional simulation tools: expensive installation costs, license fees, deployment of high-performance computing hardware, and mandatory updates and maintenance. Users always have the latest version of SimScale.

We are currently looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager (Male/Female/Both genders) to contribute to SimScale’s global marketing engine during our next phase of growth. In this role, you will partner with engineering and design leadership to develop highly impactful positioning and messaging strategies, leveraging your proven experience in challenging the status quo and driving interest in cloud native simulation technology and related engineering design practices to create better products faster.

Your chance

Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape; crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates SimScale; and developing buyer personas and use cases to inform our marketing and sales strategy. You will develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates, working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and execution. You will create and manage a variety of content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and presentations, to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts. You will provide the sales team with the tools and training they need, and develop sales materials such as brochures, datasheets, and product demos. And finally, you will build and nurture relationships with key customers and industry influencers, organizing and attending customer events to encourage advocacy and gather feedback.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing work for engineering software, preferably including simulation software.
  • Degree in Physics or Engineering
  • Professional experience in writing customer success user stories, newsletters, handbooks, guides, application notes and white papers.
  • Experience in hosting and presenting online events and conferences.
  • Develop impactful storytelling across multiple channels, including digital media
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company internally and externally in front of senior management.
  • Working closely with customers, you will amplify SimScale’s impact through authentic, compelling stories centered around proving real business benefits.
  • Experience or knowledge of HPC and cloud technologies
  • Experience with multiphysics simulation software is a plus
