Our client is a trusted partner in the German financial banking sector, serving more than 150,000 bank workstations and over 4,500 employees in both the public and private sectors. We cover more than 60% of the German banking sector.
responsibility:
- Drive Impact -> Your expertise will play a vital role in consistently identifying, understanding and documenting the business needs of core banking projects that impact multiple other banking areas.
- Connecting Business and IT -> As part of a mixed team consisting of Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Customer Support and Team Owners, you will facilitate and coordinate interactions between business and IT stakeholders.
- Rationalizing requirements ->Document functional and non-functional requirements, define specific contexts, activities, entity relationship diagrams, and address various dependencies.
- Leverage our expertise -> Manage and prioritize the product backlog for development. Write and estimate user stories with the development team. Contribute to milestones as required and ensure acceptance criteria are well defined. This project gives you the opportunity to demonstrate ownership.
- Strategy formulation -> Manage the product roadmap: Propose the implementation roadmap to the customer, understand the business objectives of the roadmap, lead stakeholders, and determine priorities.
- Ensure superior quality -> Run the functional test action.
- Cultivate knowledge -> Train, mentor and coach other Product Owners, enabling them to extend knowledge and know-how at an organizational level.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent ability to understand business context
- Experience in applying agile methods
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proven customer-facing and stakeholder management experience with a focus on customer needs and business value.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
