Our Energy & Utilities Consulting team is looking for a bright, enthusiastic Project Manager / Program Manager who is passionate about building relationships and delivering results. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering medium to large sized digital projects. We believe in the people we hire and encourage people to take responsibility by providing the right support, environment and tools to succeed at Inetum. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute within the Energy & Utilities business unit, support the growth of the Energy & Utilities team, expand our services, participate in seminars, publications and more.
responsibility:
- Lead the initiation, definition and implementation of the program
- Building a program roadmap and ensuring its implementation
- Managing a team of experienced project managers
- Follows up on the implementation of program objectives and ensures it is aligned with client strategy.
- Report progress to executive management on program objectives
- Follow up on program KPIs and budgets
- Managing Program Risk
- Ensuring proper functioning of the core team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing complex programs
- Demonstrated experience in one or more project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.).
- Energy and Utilities Sector Experience
- Strong Leadership
- A great facilitator
- Strong stakeholder management
- Able to bring order and keep things calm
- Good knowledge of Dutch or French and English
