We are looking for this person to be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive test planning, development and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team of 2-3 people and have a hands-on approach.

Daily Life

Lead and execute test plans and create test strategies covering all aspects of the product including web portals, integrations, and Chrome extensions.

You will work closely with software engineers, product teams and the wider business on design discussions and provide quality focused input into the development process.

Building on the existing test suite, you will develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright (NodeJS) and BrowserStack to improve testing coverage and efficiency.

Analyze bug reports from Customer Success and end users, reproduce issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and resolve.

Conduct regular quality audits of products, identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance product quality.

Manage and coach other team members on QA best practices and foster a culture of quality across the business.

Partner with Customer Success and Presales teams to understand customer pain points and ensure they are addressed in the testing process.

Monitor and report key quality indicators and provide updates to the leadership team on the status of product quality.

Stay abreast of industry trends and new testing methodologies to continually evolve your QA processes.
What do you bring to the team?
The ideal candidate should have experience developing QA strategies that align with business goals and product quality.

Strategic QA: Ability to develop QA strategies aligned with business objectives and product quality.

Automation expertise: Test automation design, implementation and maintenance Playwright (NodeJS) and Browser stack.

Integration Testing: Experience in testing complex system integration Cloud-based services and API.

Leadership and Communications: Ability to influence cross-functional teams of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manual Software Testing: Proficient in performing manual tests to complement automated testing efforts.
