Senior Account Executive At Relativity, you’ll join a motivated team of diverse, growth-oriented, creative people.Our Core ValuesIn this role, you will oversee relationships and the overall sales and account management process within your assigned account territory.

Practicing your role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within defined account territories
  • Manage and grow C-level relationships within new and existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve sales quotas by executing strategic account plans to generate, qualify, manage and close account growth opportunities.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations and business review meetings with customer leaders
  • Build a valuable business case for your account
  • Become an expert in your product, industry or law firm field
  • Align resources and teams across the sales and account management cycle
  • Manage and document the details of your sales process in Salesforce and provide regular updates on your sales and renewal pipeline.
  • Collaborate with your team to share and learn best practices
  • Demonstrates a consistent commitment to Relativity’s core values
  • Your skills

  • 5+ years of quota achievement and full cycle sales experience within an enterprise software company.
  • eDiscovery and SaaS sales experience preferred. Public sector experience preferred.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or customer success management (i.e. experience selling solutions where the end client needs to realign specific business processes)
  • Consistent success in territory planning, strategic account planning and quota achievement

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • This position is eligible for total compensation, including competitive cash on target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is $180,000 – $268,500. The final OTE offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications and internal pay equity. It is not typical to hire at the high end of the range for this position as it is expected to have significant salary increases in the future.
