Job Summary:

The Senior Benefits Operations Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of benefits operations. This role includes conducting detailed audits, analyzing data and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Senior Quality Analyst will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of your benefits operations processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze audit results to identify trends, inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develops and implements quality improvement plans and corrective actions.
  • Work with benefits operations team to resolve issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of audit findings and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide training and support to operations staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Participates in the development and enhancement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Leads and participates in quality assurance projects and initiatives.
  • Mentor and mentor Junior Quality Assurance Analysts.
  • Provide support to team members on escalations and complex configuration QA requests.

What it brings to SmithRx:

  • Six or more years of quality assurance or audit experience in employee benefits operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Quality Assurance software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
