We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to be a key member of the finance and strategy team working with Imagen’s rapidly growing real-world datasets. The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will apply their expertise to evaluate datasets, synthesize results, and influence action across the business, including Imagen’s leadership, AI team, finance, product, and care delivery. responsibility:
- You will lead the creation of dashboards and reports to provide key insights to inform actions across the business.
- Collaborate with product owners and business users to implement data product requirements and incorporate feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Clean, transform, and aggregate data from various sources to create a data model.
- Analyze client billing data to evaluate the impact of service provision on patient outcomes (e.g., how did providing Imagen impact medical costs such as third-party imaging fees or specialist consultation fees)
- Communicate results to internal stakeholders and work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience
- Bachelor’s degree (quantitative field such as mathematics or engineering preferred but not required)
- 3+ years of experience with medical claims data with understanding of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, DRGs, etc.).
- Developing business intelligence visualizations (e.g. Tableau dashboards)
- Familiar with SQL, Python (pandas), and Git
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of risk adjustment models

ofThe base salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 plus benefits. Please note that this range is a guideline and an individual’s total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, abilities, location and other factors.
