Primary Responsibilities:
Independently guide the technical direction and implementation across the team within a defined architecture at all stages from conceptualization to deployment.
We evaluate trade-offs between accuracy, robustness, performance and customer impact to ensure the development of the right solution while keeping our client’s success top of mind.
Create and lead the team’s technical documentation and repository management practices, including creating branches, pull requests, merging, etc.
You will work with product, design and engineering teams to oversee the architecture and dependencies that influence product strategy and direction.
Contribute to code reviews, documentation and working on complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance and reliability.
You will be an active leader in the Engineering Community of Practice, mentoring senior engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and project teams to support the development of technical capabilities.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience/expertise as a Full-Stack Stack Engineer with deep knowledge in the specified technologies.
Frontend: Angular + serverless stack

A high level of English proficiency is required to communicate with our globally based development teams.
Experience cutting edge agile software development methodologies.
Proven experience adhering to and adapting high-level architectures to project and client needs.
Ability to validate/verify architecture implementation and influence the entire architecture across teams.
Expertise in applying object-oriented programming, preferably with experience in languages such as Java/C#.
Advanced design capabilities based on UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
Experience working effectively with relevant intelligence stakeholders to create and implement well-tested, scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise-level systems that ultimately deliver the client’s desired business outcomes.
Demonstrated a proactive approach to mentoring other engineers and decision makers across the organization.
Excellent knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP.
