We are looking for an experienced freelance UX/UI designer (Japanese speaking) to help realize SlotJava.com’s vision of a free-to-play, visually appealing, and customer-centric gaming site.

As UX/UI Designr, you are expected to…

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to ensure user-centered design is at the forefront of SlotJava.com.

  • You will be involved in the design process from ideation, wireframing, prototyping to the final high-fidelity design, ensuring alignment with SlotJava.com’s vision and goals.

To be successful in this role, Actively manage the following activities:

  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in User Experience Design and User Interface technology to provide adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems.
  • Investigate user experience design requirements.
  • We create high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic design, flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.
  • Design of UI elements and tools includes navigation menu, search box, tabs, and widgets.
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and targeted links on landing pages.
  • We provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Adhere to typography and graphic design style standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • Native Japanese speaker.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
