Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Sr. Account Executive r ole is responsible for driving company growth by finding new customers to offer Accruit’s service directly or through channels . Duties include converting inbound leads, researching and identifying potential prospects, evolving the organization’s product to expand into new areas, and contacting existing clients. This role is also responsible for hitting monthly sales goals, contributing to market research, and identifying areas of opportunity for new value-add services . In addition, this position will be responsible for developing the market through both the Accruit and Realogy 1031 Services channels . Senior Account Executives have demonstrated a track record of performance in meeting their goals .
CA region (must be located in CA)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leverage network to further develop Accruit and Realogy 1031 Services brands
  • Engage current and past customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop customer intelligence
  • Host seminars and webinars on various topics related to 1031 exchange (after absorbing necessary knowledge)
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Self-generates a portion of leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, email or other means
  • Achieve a monthly quota for development activities (calls, emails, talk time) and sales
  • Design, develop, and deliver sale s proposals and presentations on product benefits
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Effectively partner with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel
  • Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
  • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management
  • Engage in daily standups by creating a collaborative environment that challenges team members
  • Provide insights and feedback to company leadership
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and training
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years Sales Experience

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000-$100,000 per year plus incentive
