Job Description

Supervizor is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing US team. Your responsibility will be to generate leads and develop our US revenue. As the account owner for high priority accounts, you will create tailored outreach strategies in order to interact with the target persona (CFOs, Head of Internal Audit & Control, VP Accounting), and convert intent signals into a sales pipeline.

You will be responsible for qualifying leads in your territory and reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You will speak with customers to learn about their situation, understand their pain points, and explain how Supervizor can help. You will promote continuous auditing and controls automation while outlining the specific benefits of Supervizor. All first calls and demos with your prospect will be led by you, and you’ll collaborate closely with AEs to close the deal.

You will receive a thorough onboarding process and gain ongoing learning and coaching opportunities as you advance, working closely with marketing operations, demand generation and sales teams. You’ll benefit from the use of advanced ABM capabilities, including Zoom Info’s web activity, and an already developed contact and account database to help you reach your goals.

Your goals for the first 30 days will be:

  •  Complete onboarding and begin your core role as a BDR 
  •  Master the pitch and inbound qualification methodology
  •  Start qualifying leads and create your first opportunities
  •  Travel to our HQ in Paris to meet the rest of the team

Your goals for the first 60 days will be:

  •  Fully master our tool stack and ramp up on outbound
  •  Create your first opportunities on US top priority accounts
  •  Bring new ideas on prospecting messages and channels

Your goals for the first 6 months will be:

  • Reach 100% of monthly target
  • Detect & share opportunities to improve our inbound and outbound processes

Within 15 months, you will be eligible to transition to a BDR Manager or AE role

  • Previous experience of hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
