Job Description Job Description THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE US Citizen – Green Card Only NO C2C The Business Project Manager II leads large scale new business implementations in support of business growth. In some cases, the Business PM II may be asked to participate in, or lead, unique or high-profile business initiatives. The Business PM’s role is to serve as the client liaison for business implementation activities. This person leads the project team, ensure seamless and timely execution of all deliverables, and keep the strategic goals front and center throughout the process. The Business PM II must possess and demonstrate exceptional communication and facilitation skills and effectively manage competing priorities. Additionally, they must also demonstrate an ability to motivate team members, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions to effectively lead the implementation and operational readiness team What’s the major objective(s) of the role? This role will be working on 1-2 projects with state Medicaid agencies, implementing back-office support and enabling processes/technical changes to support dental insurance administration.
