Workplace Experience (WX) is responsible for the design, build, and operations of all Snap workspace globally. The team includes Portfolio Management, Design & Construction Management, Data, Technology & Planning, Workplace Operations, Food and Onsite Events. We’re looking for a Campus Operations Leads to join the Workplace Experience (WX) Team at Snap Inc! You will play a key role in the operations of our offices at our Headquarters in Santa Monica
and surrounding LA sites. Working from our Santa Monica headquarters, you’ll support our team in building scalable programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our headquarters campus. You will work closely with a large, outsourced vendor team, internal partners on Workplace Experience and several cross-functional teams such as HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT, executives, business leaders and EA’s. You will build relationships, programs and an operational rhythm that exemplifies Snap’s values: Kind, Smart and Creative.
What you’ll do:
- Be an ambassador of the overall workplace experience for all employees, ensuring Snap’s values and inclusive culture is translated into a welcoming and engaging workplace
- Support the development of short and long-term tactical plans and programs for the innovation of workplace amenities and services
- Partner with Workplace Operations peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, post occupancy modifications and move management
- Support all operations including onsite events, food service, repair and maintenance, warehouse management, mail operations, etc.
- Lead implementation of experience related programs, guidelines, best practices, and standards for employees and cross-functional service teams
- Proactively identify business needs, gain alignment on objectives, scope, timing, and resources.
- Build relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders, soliciting feedback to continuously improve the employee experience
- Coordinate with internal Workplace Experience teams to deliver continuous, consistent communications to our offices and site leaders
- Develop scalable campus operations programs around parking and transportation management, communications, and warehouse management
- Works with various teams to develop creative solutions and programs to address ever-changing business, employee and customer needs
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members, landlord or building management, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage vendor performance ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contracts and budgets and to agreed standards
- Manage outsourced facility vendor partners to ensure workplace services and programs are consistently delivered at a high standard
- Conduct regular, formal site condition inspections and work closely with responsible parties to ensure any deficiencies identified are resolved
- Partners with internal and external teams to ensure ongoing workplace compliance
- Oversee complex projects that drive improvements to the employee’s workplace experience
- Assist with the management and development of annual operating and capital budgets, financial variance tracking, and operations expenses
- Support ongoing financial management responsibilities including, invoice review and approval, partnering with procurement and other internal teams to meet requirements for purchasing & projects

- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, showcasing an extremely detail-oriented approach
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Someone who can work effectively on large-scale projects while simultaneously tending to often minute details and tasks
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- A passion for Snapchat!
- Ability to sell ideas and concepts
- Experience utilizing workplace, facilities and space management systems preferred
- Embody the Snap values of kind, smart, and creative
- Experience with managing a facilities operations team preferred with knowledge of building systems, standard operating procedures and employee services
- Process driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of facilities management experience with an emphasis on facilities, office management, workplace services, customer service and event management
- The role requires regular onsite work at a Snap Office Location

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $108,000-$163,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $97,000-$145,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
