Graham & Associates seeks a highly skilled Civil Site Design Engineer to join our team and lead the design efforts for projects at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport Earn $100k to $130k Annually based on experience This Is A Hybrid Position Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil site design. Key Responsibilities: Participate on the design team to help develop comprehensive civil site design plans for airport projects, including roadways, parking areas, utility systems, and other infrastructure elements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design aligns with overall project goals and meets all relevant codes and standards. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil site components. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for design purposes. Prepare and review construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate with permitting agencies to obtain necessary approvals for design plans. Provide technical support and ensure compliance with design specifications. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field EIT Certification in Georgia or the ability to obtain one Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil site design, preferably with airport projects Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant design software Knowledge of airport design standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, ICAO) Experience in the use of 3D software to model civil engineering design, including but not limited to Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Experience in essential computer programs including Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ​
