How you will make history here…

· You will partner with the Total Rewards Team and HR Business Partners to continue to Set the Standard for the compensation function.

· You will support design and optimization of sales incentive plans across the organization.

· You will gain exposure to senior leaders within our organization with executive compensation responsibilities.

What you will do…

· Serve as the primary Compensation Consultant for the Commercial functions, including job evaluations, partnering with Talent Acquisition on job offers, career ladder development, implementation and training, annual market pricing review with leaders, pay equity requests, FLSA reviews, and partnership with HRBP’s regarding issues with retention and department reorganizations.

· Review, analyze, and assess market position for the executive population.

· Support the AVP Executive and Broad-Based Compensation with Executive Compensation responsibilities such as the annual proxy statement, stock ownership, risk assessment, plan documentation updates, and other duties as assigned.

· Support the design of sales incentive plans across the organization including benchmarking to ensure best practices are in place.

· Utilize PayFactors system to leverage the survey submission and annual benchmarking capabilities and the annual senior executive benchmarking process.

· Submit and analyze key compensation surveys and serve as the subject matter expert on the reporting and analysis capabilities available on vendor platforms.

· Administer the severance program for LTI-eligible employees partnering with HR Solutions, Total Rewards Operations, and the HRPB to ensure all information and documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Serve as a backup to the peer handling severance for Levels F and below.

· Support the annual compensation planning process for the salaried population including testing to confirm the tool is working as expected. Create compensation recommendation summary slides as part of the materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board and proactively work with HRIT to develop reports to aid in the automation of the analysis and review. Field and resolve basic system and data issues reported by HRBP’s supported.

What you will bring to the table…

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or comparable experience required

· 8+ years of compensation experience including knowledge of the Annual Compensation Planning Process and Market Pricing tools.

· Knowledge of HRIS Systems (Workday preferred), Market Pricing Systems (PayFactors preferred) and Service Now.

· Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with ability to translate findings into concise presentations.

· Strong analytical and consulting skills

· Ability to communicate professionally with all levels in the organization

It would be great if you have…

· Experience with Sales Compensation and/or Executive Compensation strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$111,800-$160,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
